About
Based in Southampton, UK. DJ & Producer of Industrial and Hardcore Techno. Began DJing in 1994. His history is very deep in underground Hip Hop and was brought up on it from 1984, moved into the world of Hardcore Techno in 1994 as a natural progression from the Acid House scene. Inspired by figures such as Emperor Caligula and the Maquis De Sade. IEmperor's productions typically have a very dark and doom laden undertone and usually very aggressive in nature, usually nightmarish in vibe. A lot of his productions are inspired by real life atrocities or the darker sides of human nature. He has releases on Cheeze Graterz, Viral Conspiracy and Hardcore Central Recordings. IEmperor also ran a series of radio shows on Hard Dance FM and later Hard Sound Radio. They were specific label showcases focusing on labels like Epileptik, Bloody Fist, Violent, Headfuck, Gangsta Audiovisual, Epiteth, Golghott, Shock Wave, Strike and many more.
