Canadian record label, created in 1974 in Toronto by president Alexander Mair (2) (Gordon Lightfoot’s manager) and vice-president Tom Williams (former national promotion director for WEA Music Of Canada, Ltd.) under Attic Records Limited. In 1999 The Song Corporation purchased Attic Records.
