About

Kniteforce Again (KFA) was set up in early 2002 by Luna-C It is a label that is attempting to bring the old school spirit of musical anarchy 89 – 96 back. The idea is to make tracks that give you the feelings that you used to love/still love in Hardcore, and at the same time experiment with various formats and styles, instead of doing a style that is boxed in by restrictions. KFA is not Old Skool, because it's new. Its not D'n'B, although sometimes, it is. It's not Freeform, although it is in a free form. It's not New Skool, although being new, it is, in fact. Basically KFA is Hardcore – it uses breakbeats for the most part, but likes a good kick too. It is able to drift between styles because it appeals to people who are open to new and old ideas, and to people who are genuinely interested in music, Hardcore and other styles. It sometimes samples famous stuff. It's sometimes as purist as Old Skool Techno. The people making it are doing so for the pleasure of doing it. KFA is interested in pushing boundaries, like Old Skool Hardcore used to. It's interested in going forward, and not compromising its desire to make hardcore a music that is respected, loved and has a long shelf life.
