Italian DJ-producer (Rome, 13 Feb.,1959, † Tallin, Estonia, 6 Jan.,1998). Co-founder of House of Music with Stefano Zito. Owner of record stores in Rome, as dee-jay he worked at the [Baia Imperiale[/i], Gabicce. DJ-resident at the [i]Seven Up[/i], Formia. which in the 80s was considered the largest disco-club in Europe. The club was the sponsor of the 12" vinyl [i]Heat The Beat[/i] sung by Favilli, aka Sal Wood (a), an excellent Italo-Disco tune arranged by Marco Colucci. released by Jumbo Records, the label where Favilli took refuge in 1984 from the overwhelming power of the "major", holding the position as A&R. Few tracks co-produced with Stefano Zito are considered true masterpieces of [i]Italo-Disco[/i] genre, much in demand for sampling and reissues. He died prematurely in still mysterious circumstances after 6 days in a coma at age 39).
