About
He began by promoting the Love Shack night in Blackpool, where he DJed under the name DJ Space Face. He moved to London in 1993 and began DJing on the pirate station Pulse FM. DJ Sass sadly died in October 2015. After being a star on the UK hardcore/gabber DJ circuit playing out at places like Helter Skelter and Judgement Day, Sass bowed out of the scene for a few years due to problems with his Hardcore Mafia & High Octane labels (thanks to Alphamagic going bust) and health problems stemming from a car accident. Fortunately, he then started DJing again at places like Sick & Twisted in London, playing rabid Speedcore.
