Tommy Debie (May 18, 1976 - Brugge, Belgium - February 24, 2013) was a Belgian Jump-DJ. Many people see him as the founder of this music style. In October 1999 he released his track "Halloween", which became a big success.In February 2000 his second single "Candyman" got released, which became even a bigger hit. On Saturday November 2012 Tommy got into a heavy car accident; he crashed with his car and was in coma for a few months. He passed away in the early morning of February 24, 2013.
