Peter Vanderlinden (born April 21, 1979) and Frank Vanderlinden (born August 20, 1981) from Ghent, Belgium, form Virtual Darkness, a Hardcore Techno and Gabber artist duo known for their intense and groundbreaking music. Active since the early '90s, the brothers started producing and mixing tracks that quickly gained recognition. In 1999, Virtual Darkness caught the attention of DJ Distortion from the Rotterdam Terror Corps after sending a demo CD. This led to their music being released on renowned labels Megarave and Hardcorps Records between 2000 and 2002. In 2008, they founded The Specialists Records, their own label, to share their music with the world. Virtual Darkness remains a powerful force in Hardcore and Gabber, leaving a legendary impact on the genre and inspiring peers and fans worldwide.
