About
Bass Generator is a DJ and producer from Newcastle upon Tyne. He started DJ’ing in 1987 and went on to become the resident DJ at the legendary Rezerection rave events and at The Fubar club in Stirling. Owner of Bass Generator Records and also promoted the Judgement Day rave events across the north of England and Scotland. Worked in Trax Records in Newcastle, before opening his own shop in 1993 called Loony Tunes that catered just for rave music. After getting a "Cease and Desist" letter from Warner Bros., he changed the name of the shop to Bass Generator Records.
